For personalized or made-to-order items, production may take additional time. Estimated processing times are shown on each product page.

Are all products made in Thailand?

Most of our products are made in Thailand or sourced from Thai independent makers and small brands. Product origin is stated where relevant.

Due to the nature of personalized and made-to-order products, these items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
