Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of personalized and made-to-order products, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Non-Personalized Items

If you receive a non-personalized item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items

Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting us. We will review each case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipment begins.
